I'm going to Europe for vacation soon and am looking at renting a Tesla.
UFODrive (who rents Teslas and other EVs) really looks appealing as they include insurance, free charging, more than enough free miles, and a discount for long term rentals.
The cost is higher than the usual ICE cars. I plan on doing a lot of driving and sightseeing so with the cost of gas in Europe added onto the price of an ICE car, the totals come out nearly equal.
Since I own a Tesla this looks like a great option in Europe.
