Unable to charge - Vehicle connection issue (Insert charge handle fully Into charge port)

Anyone getting this warning at ChargePoint chargers? I am getting this at one ChargePoint location - both chargers. I M able to charge without problem at every other ChargePoint I’ve tried.

Update,
I purchased a second adapter on Amazon. A third-party one. it seems to work better than the Tesla one.

It disconnected once. But otherwise works better!

My solution was to buy another adaptor on amazon for 80 bucks. It works on the chargepoint that the OEM tesla one doesnt.

Im having the same issue with a ChargePoint charger at my apartment complex. Is your aftermarket adapter still working?

I have found that a leaf owner is having the same issue. We both reported it broken and charge point says they are looking into it. Only one of the chargers works with either of our cars.
