One thing concerns me about the unboxed process, and that is getting the paint right.
In the current method of manufacturing cars, the reason that the doors are fitted first, prior to painting is to ensure an EXACT match with the rest of the car. The paint is never EXACTLY the same from car to car.
Any idea how they will fix this, given that they propose to paint the body's and the doors / hood / trunk, separately?
