For sale is a set of Unplugged Performance lowering brackets for Tesla Model S - 2012.5-2020. Was installed and removed from my 16 Model S.

Comes with the box, instructions and of course all 4 brackets. In great condition.

Dumb question, what exactly is the purpose of the lowering brackets? Does this lower the car or "fix" the alignment issue that causes inner tire wear for the suspension set to the low setting?

The lowering brackets allow you to have an even lower ride height. From UP's website, each step becomes the next lower (eg, Normal -> Low, Low -> Very Low).

Fixing your alignment would require camber and/or toe arms.

This kit looks completely different from the Blox lowering links....

Do you have any idea why they are so different from the Blox lowering links?

These brackets replace a different part of the suspension compared to the lowering links. The former is a fixed height/drop. The latter can be adjusted.

Got them installed last week and I absolutely love them!!

Here are two pics with the suspension on Medium setting! It's the perfect drop. On Low setting, there's zero gap between the fenders and the top of the tires
