Used Model X yearly cost in San Jose?

Hi all,
I am seriously considering those CPO model x on Tesla.com, especially those $70,000ish ones
I can try to pay the initial price, but I have no ideas about the following yearly costs.
I live in San Jose, CA
1. Maintenance: in 2016 I did some study and Tesla suggested some $800 yearly plan? So expensive
2. Registration fee: how much is a used 90D a year? Will P90D be much higher?
3. Insurance: I know this varies case by case, but can I get like $600 liability only for 6 month? I have very clean history. For reference, my 2017 Leaf full insurance at Geico is $350 for 6 month.
Does TESLA insurance provide insurance now?

If it's a CPO, it comes with a warranty right?

1. I just got my X, but I had the S for 3 years, and never had to do a maintenance. (Outside of pouring windshield wiper fluids in the car)
2. I believe registration fees varies, but mine was around 700 per year

Tesla has their own insurance now, Tesla Insurance | Tesla

I found that going with Tesla insurance was a lot cheaper for similar coverage. An example: I had Progressive, paying about $239 a month. Once I switched over to Tesla insurance, it went to $140 -- It was $104, but I wanted a lower deductible, so raised to 140.

If you have to worry about these kind of cost, the model x probably isn’t for you because out of warranty cost will blow every number you just listed

Getting cheap insurance is also a disaster due to how horrible tesla repairs are too.
