Hello. All the wheels are like this.

Long Story Short, these rims were refinished the first time and it was a cheap job. The finish cracked when i got the wheels polished.

Instead of going to a quality refinishing shop. I decided to buy new wheels and put those on. So, now I have a full square set with Center Caps. They are in perfect mechanical shape, never been bent or cracked. They just need to be refinished.
