Hi, This is my second Tesla, 3 years old, and the User Interface is now useless... Map doesn't update, phone disconnects, ...
I try to get it repaired, but Tesla France say there is nothing to do except pay for a 2.5K€ upgrade, while the car is still under warranty!
Has this happened to anybody else? any way to "force" them to provide a solution? This is way below standards expected from Tesla...
PS: Screenshots are taken in Paris or suburbs, you would expect a decent connection!
