Check out my ad....I have a 2023 Model Y Performance w/FSD and Tow Package and only 6,100 miles. I may be in Dallas, but I wouldn't mind driving to visit my brother in NOVA if you don't mind a few more miles being added. Charlottesville is on the way (I used to live in NOVA). I can answer any questions you have if you're interested. The credit union that I have my loan through is based in DC, so we could do the transaction at their branch if that would make it easier. Then you would be ensured that this is all legitimate and you would get the title from them.
