Water leaking through roof via falcon doors

I recently purchased a new '23 MXLR and have noticed when going through a car wash and during hard rain, water leaks into the car through the falcon doors at the roof.

Is this a common issue that I just need to accept or something I should have fixed?

Ours is 6 1/2 years old, never noticed any leaking.
Maybe you should make appointment, have seals replaced.

I have a service call scheduled for Wednesday already for something else, I'll see if I can just get it added to that call.

Prepare yourself - the seals are part of the FWD roof glass, and cannot be replaced separately. Hopefully it is one of the other seals. If not, you should push for them to replace the glass panels under warranty.

Well that's not going to be the simple fix I was thinking it would be if that's the case

Hopefully they give me a loaner if it's going to be a lengthy process as I live 90 minutes from the service center and live in a rural area where Uber isn't easy to come by.

I had the same issue - resolved with FWD adjustments. It did take two or three visits to fully resolve the leak.
