What's the battery voltage from 0% to 100%?

My 2018 X 100D did a low voltage cut-off as soon as 0% SOC was reached.
Do you know what is the regular low voltage level for triggering the cut-off ?
All the cells were at around 3 volts when the car was switched Off, is it normal ?
( I join a scan my Tesla BMS screen taken when the cut-off occurred )
My nominal full pack is 83kWh only, I think something goes wrong, maybe the 0% is not accurate ?...
My range is 390km (242 miles) only :(
I tried to make a 0 to 90% slow charge, then the SOC goes from 90% to 94% alone without charging (?...) the 94 to 100% is dreadfully slow at 2kW only and stops at 96% :(

BTW how many km do you have in the odometer?

50/50 AC DC

Don't know if Is it the BMS or the Battery but 7% loss in 48 minutes when parked without sentry mode, this can't be normal.
The service center told me that all is fine with them, any thoughts?...

Sometimes the battery is able to gain 5% when parked and unplugged.
