Will TE37 from a WRX fit on a Model Y P?

I want to purchase TE37 from a WRX owner. The specs are 18x9.5 +30 with a 5x114.3 lug pattern. Face is also concave 4. I know that have to get them redrilled to m14, however I do not want to purchase them if they don't clear bbk or could hit other parts of the car.

Would I be able to test them even if the lug holes are different?
