Will this buff out? (really)

Bought a used M3 with pkenty of swirl marks and what moght be tree sap / bird *sugar*. Is this fixable, or do I forget about it?

That particular bird sugar - likely not fully fixable, the rest all in a day's work of any decent detailing, paint restoration shop.

They should be able to get things looking decent enough that everyone except enthusiasts and you will no longer notice.

For sure, that can be buffed out. May require a moderately aggressive compound and cutting pad. Worse case, wet-sanding. If you’re not familiar with detailing tools/techniques, then a competent/experienced detail shop can correct that area to a new showroom finish. Good luck!!

no problem at all. may not even need buffing.
Try some heavy waterspot remover (chemical guys make very good orange gel).
