Windows stopped working after screen replace

I replaced the instrument cluster screen on my wife's 2016 X this weekend. At first it looked like everything was perfect.

But then I noticed that the driver/passenger door was lowering just a little when the door opened, but not closing the gap when the door closed. Then I noticed that the window switches.. all of them... are unresponsive. Sigh.

Has anyone heard of this before? Is the instrument cluster computer responsible for all of the windows?!?

Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

After some research I saw where others were having the window problem until firing up the car with a FOB. That worked for me as well.
