Wipers stop working. BCCEN_w062_WiperCommError

Last night the weather was cold, and the wipers froze to the windshield. I forgot to turn on the cabin defrost and tried to activate the wipers. They jerked once and then stopped. Afterwards, the windshield washer fluid sometimes reaches the wipers, and sometimes it doesn't. In the service menu, I found the following error: BCCEN_w062_WiperCommError. I tried rebooting the car and read in one source that changing the wheel diameter helps to reboot the car differently, so I tried that. None of the above helped. Also, the wipers do not enter service mode. If anyone has encountered something similar, please share your experience.

Lesson learned.
If someone curios - 5 USD fuse and 292.66 USD - labor and taxes. Paying for knowledge. :-(
