WTB OEM 21 staggered turbine for OEM 19

i want to trade someone my 21" for their 19" rims. 3 of the rims are in good condition but have some scuffs and chips, one is brand new. tread is at 5/32" on the tires.
This would need to be someone in CA, AZ, or NV as I'm not going to ship because the cost would be astronomical.
