Xenon to LEd Bulb conversion kits?

So I have seen some xenon to led bulb conversion kits for sale, eq.

Installation seems to plug and play. Anybody have any experience on doing this?
Do you think this product will fit? Also do I need warning cancellers?

Car is 2014 Model S, has the euro version 25w xenons.

You'll get much less light, avoid.
Not only because HID is better, but because the reflector you have is adapted for a 1mm arc, virtually 360 degree in one direction while the led product emit it's light at over 6mm or so, at less than 150degrees.

Don't. Going from 35-watt HIDs to 50-watt HIDs in a previous vehicle was a mistake. Way too bright & I got flashed all of the time even though my cut-off line was adjusted properly.
