The guy who I used his referral back in the day sent me his HPWC, I just had to cover shipping. Cha ching.

When you finally get off your lazy butt and order all the necessary stuff 13 months later and your THHN 6 gauge arrives but can't wait till the weekend to do the proper install so you redneck the shiat out of it just to test it out!

What could go wrong?

Real world results:
Yer stock ole outlet, NEMA 5-15, 120v*12a ~1,440w. 4:35+ to go from 80 to 90%. Yeouch.

What I was previously rocking, NEMA 6-20, 240v*16a ~3,840w. 1:30. Better.

Glorious 240v*48a ~‭11,520‬w. 30 minutes. Woot!

Do I need 48a? Hell no. I'm only out ~$200 though so meh, why not eh?

And now the HPWC is disconnected and I wait till I have enough time to go messing around with my first ever conduit run thru my attic. My skin is already itching from the thought of the pink stuff. Fun times
