My 2018 has the same issue. Anyone have any luck fixing it?

It is possible my sensor is bad. My car is still under warranty also but I didn't want them to have to remove the wrap. :( I literally just had it re-wrapped.

Looks like they didn’t line up the screen correctly. I had a screen replaced and it was a bit off and they fixed it.

I just got a 2018 with no AP software and my pricing shows $5k for AP and $11k for AP +FSD. I’m also waiting for a price drop. Btw, how will I know when there’s a price drop? Do i have to keep checking?

I did as you suggested and they pushed the firmware but I don’t see the Trial for AP. I went into Controls/Autopilot.

I called Service and they said that it would show on my screen if it was available. He wasn’t much help.

I am not sure why the passenger door ambient light is not on. Every other door is on. When I open the passenger door, the light comes on so I know the light works. Has anyone experienced this or know of how to fix it? I don't want to take it into service just for that.

IMO Amazon should buy Tesla. Ramp up the self driving on the semi trucks and deliver their products. I hope Bezos is reading this. They have the money.

Tesla should do monthly pricing plans just like most softwares. Provide it as a subscription like Netflix, Apple Music, Amazon Prime etc. This way the company gets incoming cash flow constantly and if people don’t like it they can cancel the subscription or if they sell the car they don’t “lose it”.

Mine is also showing at $3k. AP + FSD = $11k
