Well, just did it and left home on a work trip and took the second j1772 adapter in my car thinking it was mine and wife doesn’t have a way to charge her car. Is there nothing that I can hang the Juicebox charging cable with the Tesla adapter attached?

Is there no way to just use Siri shortcut to control an automation for the garage door to open and close through alarm.com?

My dealer said I cannot login to MyQ because alarm.com uses it to control my garage door to know if it’s open or closed. Maybe I’m missing something. Do I need to pay for the $350 transmitter to use the MyQ feature in Tesla?

Does anyone use alarm.com and is able to use homelink through Tesla to control their garage? I contacted my Alarm rep and he said because alarm.com knows if the garage is open or closed, I can’t link MyQ to homelink to use the Tesla feature. Not sure if there is a workaround.

Not sure what’s going on but I can open the charge door port, and after a second it snaps shut. I’m able to charge the vehicle but the door is stuck in the charger and trying to close.

Thanks for the great write up! I currently use the plug into a 220V outlet at the rental I'm at now, but I figured I'd just get the Jukebox to charge whatever EV we get next. I think the 40A is currently available thru my power company.
