Is it not working at all, or "goes out" reason I am asking, is if you Remote Start climate from the app and then get in your car the steering wheel will turn off heated mode, same with all other seats. You have to go back into climate on the car and turn it back on.

Yes I asked them when it was in getting the airbag recall, they said this is a known software bug that has been reported to corporate. They said nothing in the logs showed any MCU issues, when they checked on why it rebooted while sitting in the bay.
