I've called in the same error message multiple times. Been told dirty senors or parked with camera facing into the Sun. Message often clears after next drive power cycle. Support suggested powering off main car rails from console, leaving car off for at least a minute. That clears the message...

Denver updated me to 2.7.77 (I drove 900 miles, too) - last I've heard from Mother T. Maybe Tesla thinks we are not one of the lower 48....

Certainly could be user error, but I recently noticed slacker and tunein are gone as choices under 'internet', although previous selections are still available in favorites. Various resets don't restore them. Recently had LTE upgrade, but may not be related. On 2.7.77. Hints? Thanks.Slacker

Welllll...... it seems neither "Parts" at Freemont or Service Centers inventory the failed HVAC part(s)..... At least they are keeping me updated. Staying calm. Wife impressed.

"Contactor failed/fused." Replacing (w/new?) entire battery pack. Wow. Lot of cost/work for a simple (?) part.... Still great support!

Our first out-of-state cross country was off to a great start: Santa Fe to San Diego, returning via Joshua Tree Natl park. Hot, but oat not greater than 110F, a/c blowing cold. Needles SC: red ring, console has 4 error messages including 12 volt battery, car won't start, call service. Service...
