Same issue here. It's not a flash drive issue either; I have used 3 flash drives (one iXpand, one Sandisk SD card with USB reader, and one cheap drive I had laying around). It's 100% a software problem. All of them have the same problem; every single file will be 1kb. It's a bit frustrating...

This is fairly common and has happened to myself. This happens to cars that have Sentry Mode on (and thus never sleep). Turn Sentry Mode off and make sure no apps are pinging the car. Once it falls asleep, let it sleep for 30 minutes or so. After that, it'll be fixed.

Update: I used the SD Card reader (with Sandisk SD card, not Samsung as mentioned above, I mixed them up) and everything has been working fine. 24.4 must have somehow fried my old USB drive, I am not sure what happened. Either way, I am happy that it is still working and that I don't need to go...
