Tesla ended up buying my MY back after nearly 30 days in the shop for issues big and small. My particular car was a terrible example. It’s probably unwise to play the Tesla lottery yet again, but I like the MS a lot. I spent more time in MS loaners than my Model Y.
Contemplating the purchase of a 2018 Model S 100D with about 30K miles. Basic warranty is set to expire in 1-2 months.
I had a terrible experience with a 2020 MY I bought new. Car & service were horrible.
Looking to buy a a 2018 Tesla Model S 100D from Carvana. This particular vehicle was manufactured in early March 2018 and is not equipped with AutoPilot (no B pillar cameras).

My first MY was bought back because it had so many problems and I rejected my new 2021 MY for numerous fit and finish problems. It’s always great to hear when people get great cars but please don’t dismiss those who were less fortunate.

I bought a 2021 Lexus. It was cheaper than the Model Y. It's slow, but it's also quiet and comfortable. It's driving assistance system is less sophisticated but I have yet to experience a single phantom braking event. It has ventilated seats. It has CarPlay. Most importantly, it was manufactured...
@dreamer1213 I ordered a replacement Model Y (VIN 64,7xx) but refused it at delivery since it exhibited several workmanship issues (see my other post).
I canceled my order and ended up with a 2021 Lexus RX350L, which I’m pleased with.
