Just got the car back from Unplugged after they swapped out the front springs. So far so good. No more noises on slow full lock turns. Unplugged swapped out the springs for free under their warranty. Their warranty doesn't cover alignment though...so looks like i'll need to go get that re-done.
I've got the same popping/cracking sounds in the front as well. Got them installed at Unplugged back in Nov. I have an appointment with them tomorrow to get them swapped out to these new ones.
Contact them and let them know you're having these issues and they'll get you sorted. Hopefully they...
When I got the moderate springs installed at Unplugged, I gave them feedback a few days later about how nice it would be if they offered a strut that pairs with the springs. I had this on a previous car (2011 WRX with GTWORX/Bilstein shocks and their own custom paired springs) and it rode...
I got the adjustable camber arms from unplugged about a month after I got the springs installed. They help tremendously in getting things back in alignment but also allows me to get the specs I want for my driving style.
My alignment specs with just the moderate springs were:
Front: Toe 0.0...
Color is Anthracite. Bought them through Tag Motorsports in San Diego. They do have vendors in la though but I decided to go with Tag. Tires are Michelin pilot sport all season 4
I was just there yesterday afternoon to pick up some rear camber arms. They are indeed still open. They looked pretty busy when I was there. Reach out to Eric, he should be able to help you out. [email protected]
Nice! Got these same tires on my 21's and agree with everything you've mentioned. Ride is great, quiet, and a lot smoother. Can't wait to test these on my upcoming roadtrip to Salt Lake City UT for some snowboarding.
After installing the unplugged moderate lowering springs my camber in the rear went to -2.2. Going to get camber arms soon (unplugged or mountain pass).
I ended up painting them myself. Bought some hi-temp primer, hi-temp caliper paint, tesla logo stickers and hi-temp clear coat.
The ride comfort has definitely gotten better with the unplugged springs. Less harsh and seems to handle bumps smoother. Performance wise, less body roll and feels...
Looks good! I had the moderate springs installed by Unplugged a few weeks back. It definitely settled a bit more for me. After a few days of driving, it settled to about 2 finger gap front and back on the 20 inch induction wheels. I've now switched to new wheels in 21s and the gap looks to be...
