Has anyone heard from UPP?

Paid them back in mid-Nov for the standard-height dual-rate springs. Talked to them on the phone, and got an email that they were in stock. Nothing since then. Sent emails. Left voicemails. Nothing in return, and I have not received anything. It now says "backordered" on their site, but that was not the case when I originally ordered.

Maybe a fellow forum member in SoCal could drive by and see if the doors are open or cars in the parking lot. They are near LAX in Hawthorne - they say within walking distance of the Hawthorne supercharger location.

Someone answered my phone call back on Dec 4th. Second call went to voicemail but they did call me back with a random phone number with area code outside california.

I seem to recall that they decided to make some improvement to the spring kits and it has slowed deliveries. they corresponded with me very well over my various orders. Great products and people!!

Got an email reply on December 2, apologising for the slow reply, writing that they had some issues with their inquiry system.

I spoke to them and they’ve revamped their email, website, phone system, and install bays.
