The third parties insurance company said they would not accept liability until they heard from their driver, which of course he just doesn't respond. 6 months...

I had an email from Octopus this morning, Landis+Gyr SMETS1 meters have now been migrated over to the DCC so Octopus will be able to make connections to them now :D

The first 50% is the downloading of the update itself, 50 - 100% will be the car performing checksum validation to make sure the update is valid before offering the install

It sounds like your phones push notification identifier is still registered somewhere, you could try deleting and re-installing the app, that should force it to generate a new identifier for you, that should stop the notifications from it.

I took my retention certificate with me when I picked up the car, the service centre (Stockport) were more than happy to make me up some plates for my private reg, they did it free of charge too 😁

The electric is also made on the same line. Just as with the VW Golf, GTE/e-golf are made on the same line as fossil powered vehicles.

So today I saw a 21 plate petrol powered car with the green plate attached, I think it was a hybrid, so looks like dealers are shoving them on anything that has some form of electric propulsion
