I appreciate this view. However, it is interesting that Tesla kept the purchaser’s deal intact based on the time of order (not payment). I’m not really upset about this, as I’m receiving a reward for doing very little. However, it also seems that a deal set and confirmed will be realized in the end.

2 full replacements and a repair on a 3rd since October of 2020. I had one replaced windshield on a BMW in my previous 40 years of driving. Same roads, same style of driving. Coincadence?

Thanks for the support and suggestions from each of you. I will use the video for help later this weekend. Having said this, I’m pretty sure this is not my main issue. In the future, hopefully Tesla will become more realistic about these types of issues and better work to rectify them.
