Average Delivery call after VIN assignment?

I called twice and they said my delivery service rep will get back to me. I'm going to try again in the morning. My concern is I never got the invite email either. I had to check my account to configure.

Average Delivery call after VIN assignment?

Hi guys, just wondering what the average turnaround time is after you have been assigned a VIN. Its been two weeks and nothing. I have heard stories where the delivery specialist claim they have left voicemails but never reached anyone. Thoughts?
