Average Delivery call after VIN assignment?

Hi guys, just wondering what the average turnaround time is after you have been assigned a VIN. Its been two weeks and nothing. I have heard stories where the delivery specialist claim they have left voicemails but never reached anyone. Thoughts?

End of March it was around 2-3 days after VIN assignment. It seems to be longer now, especially for those holding unto a vin.

Can date of "the call" be added to the spreadsheet to track this?

Per my signature...had ISA contact really quickly after VIN but I technically do not have a definitive delivery date yet. ISA has said they will reach out when the car gets closer to me to schedule the day.
Being east coast is a factor I guess but 5/2 still seems so far away.

I had my ISA contact me before receiving my VIN (still don't have it) to answer an unrelated question I had. He said that once a VIN was assigned, it might take up to a week before he'd contact me. 1-2 days to get off the production line, 2 or so days for QC, and maybe 1 day for paperwork? I was on a work conference call at the time so I was listening to 2 different conversations at the same time. YMMV.

Hawai'i line waiter, made reservation on a Tesla account that did not have our Model X or S on the account (so didn't get previous owner priority) - 4/1/2016

Vehicle arrived and ready for delivery - 3/31/2018

Vehicle picked up - 4/6/2018 w/ 7 mi on odometer. Promptly dropped off @ XeroWraps for vinyl wrapping and color change.

Have you called the customer service number and talked to someone? If not, I would do so immediately. Just make sure you haven't fallen through the cracks...

I called twice and they said my delivery service rep will get back to me. I'm going to try again in the morning. My concern is I never got the invite email either. I had to check my account to configure.
