It’s an known Easter egg. You activate it by clicking 10 times on the charger handle while plugged into the car. I would think doing it again might deactivate it as well.

I believe you need to have purchased the pre-split EAP or the post-split FSD for smart summons to work.

Also in Toronto, got it this morning as well. I have not tried it yet.
