Well, I found there is a Tesla customer service number; they just don't put it on their website. With some Googling, it's 888-518-3752. The person said it can take a week after purchasing premium connectivity to provision Slacker. I'm now at day 4 since purchase, so I'll give it some time.

Here's a data point: I just bought a 2018 P100D, also red (it arrived last night!) with 19.5K miles on it. I paid $36.5K from a private seller (Cars & Bids auction), but on top of that paid the 4.5% auction fee and $1400 to have it shipped to me. However, mine doesn't have free supercharging...

It's useful to know that the coolant level is something to follow. It makes sense, but I wasn't sure how much coolant has to leak into the drive motor electronics to cause a failure.

The seller showed documentation that the HV battery had been replaced but nothing about the drive unit; I'll certainly look when I get the car, though.
