Thanks! I went with wood shims also after trying rubber weather seal and felt, they just weren't dense enough and still allowed the flexing/creaking. Wood shims were perfect.

Yeah the EDDs are hit and miss. I know for my m3lr a couple of months ago, they didn't contact me until the car was on route to Calgary so hopefully the fact that they called you to apply for financing means that they see it in the system.

We almost have the same order, I got no tow though. EDD Mar7-Mar21, in Calgary.

My service center was able to change it for me. Just had to send them a copy of my wife's driver's license.

Usually when the EDD tightens to two week window it is pretty close. Do you have a VIN in the source code?
