It is not retroactive. You have to take delivery of a vehicle assembled after Dec 31, 2022. Also, I am not sure if the standard model even qualifies because of the LFP battery is not made in the US supposedly. But I am not 100% sure on that. Regardless taking delivery in 2022 does not qualify...
