I have had mine for about a week and haven't had an issue with glare. I can see how ppl would think this, but it could be because the use a different finish. Regardless, it is beautiful
Thanks! I have heard about glossy finishes having a nasty glare and that was a drawback for me initially, but I haven't had an issue with it. I live in Houston so the sunlight here is brutal. There is very minimal shine but nothing to the point where I can't see. Honestly brings out the beauty...
I spoke with a rep from RPM and they are backlogged like crazy so I looked around for an alternative. It was a tough decision because I haven't really heard about them on this forum but I rolled the dice and love what I got
Excuse my "extremely professional" photography skills lol. It was hard to get a photo showing the fit of the whole dash since its so wide, but the fit is like this all throughout the dash panel. Very flush with the underliner.
Hey, I'd love to send some pictures of it installed but I am running some errands right now. I will post them up once I have some free time.
I got this replacement from Fusion Motorsports USA.
I had the same exact issue! I scheuduled a service appointment with Tesla and they fixed the issue. It is called a "tweeter." There are a lot of useful videos on YouTube that can help you out as well if you'd rather do it yourself.
There are many sweet aftermarket wheels but it all depends on the aesthetic you're going after. What color car do you have, any other accessories, etc.?
Are you planning to keep the car long term? I was in the same position as you but as soon as I test drove one, I instantly fell in love with the car (thus bought it)
Tesla also has poor lease terms so you have to take that into account as well.
