I know this is an older post, but it seems that with the latest update, the usb shuts off when the car is off. I used to be able to charge my vape pen overnight but now it doesn’t since the update.

Correct. I was mistaken. I attempted to purchase it multiple times from Tesla’s site but my cc kept getting declined. Must’ve been in their end. I actually did buy from a third party. For some reason attempting to buy from Tesla got stuck in my head.
