Yes I have the same problem. FW is on 17.17.4 but no AP at all. My car is at the SC today to look into the problem. I wish them good luck but I do not have a clue what is wrong.- Henry169

Today I received a call from the SC that they checked everything and that the hardware is fine. Not mentioning a bad connector anymore. They now state that it is a software bug and that I need to wait to see if new firmware will resolve it. So tomorrow I can pick up my car without any...- Henry169

My car is in the SC now. ECU will be replaced... after some queries it seems to be related to a bad connector. That would explain the on/off that I have been experiencing. Car has been updated in the SC to 17.14.23. Fingers crossed, hope that I can pick it up today.... AP1 on loaner feels very...- Henry169

Update voor hw2 auto's
Die van mij heeft in de ochtend ook vaak problemen met niet kunnen activeren. Na 30 minuten rijden en even een kop koffie halen bij de 'benzinepomp' doet hij het weer wel. In de avond naar huis doet hij het soms direct maar soms ook weer pas na 30 minuten. Zou dit ook op te lossen zijn door even...- Henry169
