    Storm Watch Engaged NorCal 5/1/2021

Thanks for the Tip. I relied on weather.com which didn't show anything. Looks like a critical fire weather warning due to gusty winds and low humidity in the Sacramento area. This is in effect from Sunday into Tuesday

Anyone else in NorCal with Storm Watch engaged? I didn't see anything in my area that would trigger this.

PG&E PTO Tesla fumbling the ball multiple times

2020 11/5 system installed M 11/25 Failed the first inspection. They scheduled follow up inspections and then cancelled on me the same day (3 times). 2021 1/13 I passed inspection. 1/16 I get an email from PG&E about my interconnection agreement. 3/24 received PTO

How come power changeover was not seamless during power outage blip?

It probably felt longer than it was, as I was in shock that it wasn't seamless. Lights went out and tv clicked off, the oven clocked blinked on and off similar to if the power went out and came back on. We do have the whole house backed up. I figured the solar would kick off since the...

How come power changeover was not seamless during power outage blip?

We just experienced a power outage, house was running completely on solar, powerwalls were at 100%. Everything went out for about 5 seconds, then came back on, so not seamless.

PG&E PTO Tesla fumbling the ball multiple times

What I did was call PG&E at 877-743-4112, after not hearing back after a few weeks to get status. They were able to tell me the last communication between Tesla and PG&E. In all instances, it was PG&E requesting something from Tesla. I would then email my project advisor with the status I...

Learn from my mistakes... lookback at my botched installation (NorCal PG&E Territory)

Nice man! I am still waiting....Tesla came on Thursday to take their ridiculous pictures with the tape measure to show the measuring tool and the distance from the gas riser and the closest AC/DC unit, which was the solar disconnect...

PG&E PTO Tesla fumbling the ball multiple times

I think so, do not know WTF is up with them and all this BS. Tesla is going to send someone out to jump through the hoops of taking all of the measurements with tape measure. Wonder if they will need to do it while showing GPS coordinates on google maps to make sure its for the same house as...

PG&E PTO Tesla fumbling the ball multiple times

Now PG&E has sent another email to Tesla on March 11th requesting pictures of the measurements with the tool used to measure the distances from the gas riser...Why is this so difficult....

PG&E PTO Tesla fumbling the ball multiple times

Thank you for this. I went ahead and took measurements from the gas riser to each of the AC and DC sources. I also took a picture of the wall with the gas riser and AC and DC sources, overlaid the measurements on the picture and sent it to the Tesla interconnection person as well as my project...

PG&E PTO Tesla fumbling the ball multiple times

Just as a follow up. I contacted PG&E again today (3/5) to get a status of my interconnection agreement. They said they sent an email to Tesla on 3/1 requesting the horizontal measurement from the gas riser to the AC/DC to validate that the distance is greater than 36 inches. I emailed...
