Never did get a response from EV Serviz, but I was able to get my uncle who lives in Jacksonville to visit the service center and they sold him desiccant bags. Only $10 a pop, so that's not too bad.

Not yet, but likely will have one next time I drive. Definitely don't have any refrigerant in my system. I could hear it all steadily coming out after I punctured my left condenser.

As UCMNDD mentioned, not really a DIY type of thing. You're supposed to completely evacuate the system and draw a vacuum on it, then re-charge the system.
