Alternatives such as S3XY buttons are pricey too. My main issue is that the CTRL-Bar doesn't appear to be fully developed and debugged yet. One of the videos, apparently by or for the developers, seemed pretty lame and unprofessional. Will keep an eye on it to see what happens.

I just found this thread in a search for more info on this CTRL-BAR device. Comments on the Apple App store are very negative: app appears to crash when trying to initiate bluetooth. I like the look and flexibility of this device, but for $200 it needs to be reliable.

Reading this thread makes me feel thankful for not having spent a ton of money on a feature that Musk has over-promised for many years, and appears to be still years away from being very useful based on the latest "improvements".

Apparently Disney Plus disappeared if you haven't used it recently. You can apparently get it back by pulling it up in the browser.

Slightly off topic, but has anyone found if there is a way to modify the skip forward/back increments? On my phone I found it preferable to use a 30 sec FF and a 10 sec Rewind to get around ads. In the Tesla it is 15 sec each. (I know - first world problem!)

I prefer chrome trim on the darker colours. The only reason I bought a white car was because I didn't like the lack of trim accent around the windows on the darker coloured cars, especially the blue.

I've had the 10.25" Android display in the car for about 7 months now, and really enjoy the convenience of Car Play. I just noticed recently that the gear selection on the Hansshow screen doesn't highlight the selected gear (PRND). I think it used to. Anyone else finding that it doesn't work...

Frankly, Harbor Freight would work fine. Just make sure to get at least 3/8" socket drive size, not 1/4".
