I took off my hubcaps primarily because of the noise when going at low speeds.

I have the same issue with my passenger side door. It's about a 1/4" sunken in on the fender side where the fender has that outward crease. I have an appointment tomorrow at the Palo Alto service center. Going to see if they will fix it.

I just installed the AO pedals and they were difficult not not impossible after heating up the rubber to make them flexible. I put them out in the sun for a few hours then for the accelerator pedal I started by hooking it on the right side and then working the rubber around.

FWIW, I just took delivery of my MY 15xxx yesterday in CA. Aside from some minor fit issues, everything else is pretty good. The odometer only had 3 miles on it.
