While I have a "tentative" date scheduled for the 28th at 10 AM, I would feel better if Tesla would just schedule these things once the car arrives. I feel like I'm scheduling my work day around something that may not happen based on previous posts.

Do you have to sign any paperwork confirming that you are taking delivery prior to inspection? My concern is that I won't be able to inspect the car before signing. If something is wrong or if there are a lot of things wrong, I would want to refuse delivery. At that point, I'm scared signing...

As a current owner of an S, and waiting on my 3, I don't think a screen protector is required. As others have said, you can't drop or really break the screen unless it's some crazy off the norm circumstance. Besides, I'm pretty particular about there being no dust or specs underneath the screen...

Not to get off topic, but is that how cars are normally delivered? The site of a bunch of new cars on a truck like that makes me cringe. Whether it's the truck having to break hard, causing the cars to move, bad weather, nature (bird/bugs), or something else that risks damaging the car.
