I believe that happens when the installer registers the wrong equipment on your account. I have a similar issue, I actually have 2 Powerwalls but my app shows I have 1 site with 2 Powerwalls and 1 site with 1 Powerwall.

I do have a Backup Gateway 2. Do you actually have 3 Powerwalls?

My system appears to be working, still waiting on PTO, after getting updated to 21.20.3. I was briefly on 21.20.4-RC1-WR1 and that seemed to fixed the pairing issue and then they downgraded my firmware to 21.20.3 that I'm on today.

I have a 12.24 kW system with 2 Powerwall+ units They haven't been paired or configured correctly since install last month but I received a text saying 1 of them needs service and Tesla phone support said it was a low coolant alarm. Not super impressed with Tesla's customer support or their...

I share the concern and called Tesla and text the Tesla installers to have something in writing. They told me to not trust the readings and leave it alone as they are troubleshooting it with the engineering team remotely. I explained that my smart meter was reading energy going back on the grid...

I agree it is strange. I was told to leave it alone and to not touch any breakers as they are troubleshooting it remotely and need it on to test it. I build a python script that polls the data every 5 seconds and sends to influxdb and then displaying it in grafana. Maybe we should make something...

Currently without PTO, hasnt been submitted by Tesla, my system solar is generating and providing power to my home during the day and feeding the grid. The Powerwalls are in Standby and are not charging or discharging. The numbers from the Powerwall API do not appear to be very accurate but my...

Anything about the proper way to configure a Powerwall+ and a Backup Gateway 2? Per the first link below, it states the Backup Gateway 2 can connect via WiFi or Ethernet but I do not see how in my Gateway based on the picture. I've found these webpages...

Your Backup Gateway 2 is on your network? I only have my lead Powerwall+ inverter on my network... Odd. They left all of my breakers and switched on, so even without PTO my solar is generating power during the day. I brought this up to them several times and they told me to leave it alone as...

That makes sense, my solar crew did their install without issue but the Powerwall team had trouble and also had to call tech support. I have 2 Powerwall+ batteries and inverters due to my system being a 12.24 kW. I was told there is a firmware being released Friday that will resolve the...

I was told firmware 21.20.3 should be out this week to resolve some Powerwall+ issues... Maybe it will also enable that feature for you.

I got off the phone with tech support, they said the installing team registered the lead powerwall+ as the gateway when they should have registered the "Backup Gateway 2" as the gateway. I remember talking to the installer who said the lead powerwall+ has a communication line to the Backup...

Ahh yeah... I dunno if I should call in and see if they can fix it or continue to wait for my PA to get back to me.
