I believe that happens when the installer registers the wrong equipment on your account. I have a similar issue, I actually have 2 Powerwalls but my app shows I have 1 site with 2 Powerwalls and 1 site with 1 Powerwall.

I do have a Backup Gateway 2. Do you actually have 3 Powerwalls?
