Why such a sophisticated car will not tell if 12v battery is in a bad shape?

It’s a 2020 Car, have 14k miles on it and it is located in Southern California so really I don’t see good reasons for 12v battery to fail that soon but def will check!

Yeah they just told me they do deliveries to home and then leave all paperwork inside and expect you to mail it in when you sign. I did not really get lucky, I had to change my order to an inventory car when I heard about factory plans to shut down
