Just got a message from hansshow regarding the modification of the trunk to display the correct status. They asked me to delete my post for the moment because they consider this solution not tested enough and they are still working on a better solution.

OHH I didn't know that it was possible to close it from the app. Hansshow support told me that's not working, so I didn't try. Thanks for the info !

The Trunk max distance is another update and not related to this modification. If you need to fix the max distance bug with this method you have to ask hansshow support to integrate the fix. They are super reactive. Yes for the lights same behavior, I think that's the bypass they found to have...

We used the same method, but not sure if it's the best. One of us had a small leak couple of days ago. Personally I'm not fan of this method, we're investigating another one using the rear bumper. I will let you know if it's easy and doable.
