My understanding is all EVs now must have an EV plate due to a law passed which increases yearly registration to $250. April 2018 Build w/ 2019.16.2, almost 12k miles - Displaying 325 miles @100%. Not sure if this matters, but the vast majority of my charging is done on a 120V outlet in my garage (pack balancing?).
