A class action would certainly get Tesla's attention and would bring some very bad press. Personally I'd expect it to be fixed or rolled back and if not then some sort of legal recourse would be appropriate. Let's just hope that it's a simple bug and that it is resolved quickly before the tesla...

No and it is not eligible for it since I am not the original owner. That's why I've priced it 10k less than tesla would price the same car, my way of helping to offset that.

The new ones have a different bumper, they have AutoPilot 2.0 (not really sure what the difference is here, seems to operate the same to me) and a new one no longer gets free supercharging. I believe those are the only differences.l but I may be wrong, maybe someone else can chime in on it.
