Yeah, I'm in Southern California and it's not that infrequent that a charging station is full. It has happened twice that inconsiderate people just raced into an open spot even though it was clearly not their turn.

I think it would be useful to have a feature in car for charging stations when they are full, supporting an in car on screen list registration. When someone is done charging the first person who added themselves to the charging list and their car stayed within x distance of the chargers is the...
