I can confirm it's the .wav file causing the issue. You have to use a native .mp3 file and it works like normal. Glad you found this and said something! I couldn't find anything and finally figured it out some trial and error...

Update: my wife said she smelled it again… my last option is to replace the cabin air filters again in case they got wet before I fixed the rubber piece. If that doesn’t work, I’m at a loss 🤷‍♂️

Okay, it’s rained twice and no smell!! It might be too early but for now it seems the rubber piece allowing water in was the core issue…

Having the same issue on 2022 Model Y. Already changed cabin filter… about to change HEPA now…. I’ll report back after the next rain and see if it still smells. Without rain, it smells wonderful 🤷‍♂️
