This is partly why I think the car may be a bit of a unicorn I have never seen dark ash interior with model S without white interior

Thank you both. Just having a bit of anxiety - asking myself if I made the right choice over a long range. I think I did because it was a 2019. I ordered at 11am had insurance by 3pm and got a text the car would be ready on Tuesday!!!
