    Similar thing happened to me only that it was paint issue. After contacting several tesla representatives and managers, I've gave up on them. Hate to admit but it's really sucks. I do hope you could get Tesla to fix it for you though.

    That's my expectation on Tesla too. I felt like this is no longer the case. The text I got from the representative was pretty rough, won't say rude but not friendly at all. It's like they are tired of entertaining me with inquiry and request.

    My Taptes wireless charger is on the way. There isn't anything wrong with the unit but rather i think it is a design flaw that it won't work with some phone with case. So yeah, i think it is a design flaw.

    Just figure I should share this. Berkeley is not willing to fix it for me either, not that I'm surprised. I attached a screenshot of text message from Tesla. I also attached a summary of all my problems and solution of each one of them. For those future owner that haven't take delivery...
